The Location ​
Pearly Beach, Western Cape
The property is isolated, but within less than 5 minutes drive of the small town of Pearly Beach.
Best features of this house is the stunning sea view and being less than 100m walking distance from beach with direct beach access.
A sand road leads to the house, accessible with any vehicle, but not recommended for very low sports vehicles.

An old holiday house within walking distance of the beach, with the most spectacular view of the bay. Sea view from all 3 bedrooms. Games room with a pool table overlooking the bay.
Indoor fire place & portable outside braai.
Open plan kitchen & living room.
Although his house has some wear and tear, guests are still spoiled with a spectacular sea view of the bay.
Note: water system is linked to Eskom electricity, therefor no water during load shedding.

Provided: Bedding, braai grid, microwave, toaster, fridge, oven.
Not provided: Towels, TV, Wi-Fi, fire wood, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, wood.

Pets: Unfortunately not pet friendly.
