The Location ​
You'll find this house as you're heading towards the Dangerpoint Lighthouse in Kruismansbaai, just outside of Gansbaai, Western Cape.
Located right on the beach, 20 meter walk. Absolutely breathtaking sea view. Ideal spots for fishing right in front of the house.
Fairly private, in a quiet neighborhood.

Very spacious living area(s), with indoor braai, large flatscreen TV and pool table.
Large stoep area facing the ocean, with portable outdoor braai, wood fired hot tub and outdoor picnic benches.
Also a trampoline outside for the kiddies to enjoy.
House operates on solar panels, with generator as backup, no Eskom power.

This property is nothing fancy just relaxed & rustic beach vibes.
With 4 large living areas and many bedrooms, this house is ideal for large groups, team building breakaways, fishing weekends, celebrations or even school outings.

Provided: Bedding & Towels (for 20 people), big screen TV (Netflix),
Wi-Fi, braai grids & swart potjie, dishwasher, old pool table, old gym set, washing machine.

Not Provided: Bedding & Towels (for extra people over 20), DSTV

Pets: House is pet friendly. Very large yard, with bushes, although fenced, it can't be guaranteed that pet's won't get out. Neighbors also have dogs.
The Pricing
R3 500 p/night (for 15 people. Thereafter R200pppn extra)
R4 500 p/night - Long weekends & Holidays
R7 000 p/night - December & Jan Holidays (min 10 nights)

Had an absolute awesome time at Primespot Gansbaai! This is ideal for bigger families and has loads of sleeping space and includes a massive indoor braai and entertainment area!
It’s within meters from the beach and has the most beautiful sea views. Close to the shopping centre in Gansbaai and other attractions, yet off the grid.
Fully equipped kitchen with numerous fridges, deep freezer, gas stove, microwave and all the cutlery and crockery you need. Big, flat screen TV, Netflix and wifi! Definitely a prime spot!

Thank u once again for the awesome experience we had at the house... up until now my team are still talking about it and wanting to spend more time at the house. We had a pool competition for the guys.. it was hilarious!!! The guys totally enjoyed it so much.. many videos and pics taken.. wish you could have seen what happiness that house brought us.
