This house is a traditional family beach house, equip with all the basic necessities you'd need to ensure a relaxing time spent with family or friends. One of the best features of this house is it's close proximity to the beach, being only 350meters, a very comfortable walking distance. Being located on top of a slight hill, the sea view from this house is also quite spectacular.
The house is surrounded with Fynbos bushes, creating some privacy around the property.
