Two of the most loved features of this house are the boma/lapa braai area and the two deck areas. The boma is ideal for a relaxed outdoor braai — even when it’s a bit windy, chilly, or drizzling. It has a festive, laid-back vibe that feels like your own private beach bar!

The deck areas are built right on the dunes, with uninterrupted ocean views. The second deck sits higher up on the dune, offering a panoramic perspective. Fun fact: this elevated deck was built by the owner’s eldest son to propose to his girlfriend — with that view and the effort, how could she say no?

SAFETY:
Although the cottage is remote, there have been no safety concerns reported at the property. For peace of mind, guests can activate the security beams while inside. As you'll see in the photos, all windows and doors are fitted with security gates.
Access from the main tar road (R43) is controlled by an electronic gate, and guests are issued a remote for easy entry and exit.
