This is a rustic holiday house, ideal for large group gatherings - anything from school outings, bachelors parties, company team buildings, birthday parties to fishing weekends. This house caters for the group looking for a relaxing weekend, in a quiet area, right on the beach, who aren't looking for an upmarket, fancy house.
Plain, simple, rustic beach vibes.

The house is very spacious, with 3 different living areas, indoor braai, large flat screen TV and pool table.
The wood fired hot tub, with a stunning sea view, is one of the top features of the house.
Although there are some neighbors around, the house is fairly remote offering peace and quiet. The rock pools in front of the house is ideal for fishing.

PARKING:
Ample parking available behind the house in the back yard section (see pictures), controlled by electronic gate. There's also garage parking available for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on vehicle size).
More parking available in front of the house as well.

ELECTRICITY:
This house is completely off the grid, operating on solar panels only, with an automatic generator as backup, no Eskom power.
